THE MISSION
The institution is committed to the cause of empowerment of rural
youth through access to education, particularly higher education,
enabling them to develop as intellectually alive, socially
responsible citizens; ever ready for continuous personal and
professional growth. To inculcate social, moral and spiritual
values, further, it is committed to provide wide range of
professional and vocational courses besides conventional ones for
rural students to meet the changing needs.
THE GOALS
The goals spell out clearly the objectives based on its mission and
vision, which are to:
To fulfill the dream of Late Pandit Godavaris Mishra and eminent
educationist, the first education Minister of Orissa, founder of
Utkal University and the son of this soil to provide access of rural
youth to Higher Education through quality education in order to make
them efficient in all walks of life. Provide literary, scientific,
technical, professional, military, industrial and vocational
education in significant and adequate manner.
